Indian Christianity is not a colonial import. It is nearly 2,000 years old — ancient, indigenous, and woven into the fabric of this nation. Followers of Jesus educated millions, built hospitals, championed dignity, and helped shape modern India. That story deserves to be told — and preserved for generations to come.
Declaration of 3 July 2021
An annual day of remembrance by the Indian followers of Lord Jesus Christ, to celebrate the person and message of JESUS CHRIST which was brought to India in 52 AD by one of His twelve disciples, St. Thomas the Apostle.
